Per WIFA's distribution team, please allow a minimum of 8 - 12 weeks for your order to be received, and shipped. Custom color Wifa skates are specialty items, which means all sizes will need to be pre-ordered at the time that the order is placed.
Your custom-colored Wifa boots are made to order, so please allow ample time for their creation. The estimated production time is subject to change. For order updates, please contact Wifa customer service at customercare@wifa.at with a copy of your skate PDF.
Please note that boots, once mounted, are considered a final purchase and are not returnable nor refundable.

Due to the unique dye process used for Nubuck leather skate models, vibrant colors such as Bordeaux, Rust, Orange, etc... may exhibit slight discoloration in the boots. These variations are a natural characteristic of Wifa's dye process and do not affect the performance or durability of the skates. Please note that these imperfections are not considered defects and are an inherent part of the Nubuck leather material.
