Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order, and will do everything we can to take care of you! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to return it within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase for a refund or an exchange. They must be returned NEW, in an unused condition to receive a refund.
To prevent any delays in the return process, Shauwney’s Skate Palace requires an invoice reference or receipt for ALL items being returned, credited, or exchanged. Shauwney's Skate Palace offers Domestic return shipping for your items via UPS. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs when submitting a return request. International orders are subject to a shipping fee. All shipping method fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Shauwney’s Skate Palace receives the item(s), and your card will be refunded the purchased amount. We will then send you a returned merchandise receipt. Shauwney’s Skate Palace retains the right to make the final determination regarding goods deemed “defective,” or in instances where the item in question does not have the appearance of normal wear and service. New is defined as unused, unaltered, undamaged, and included in the original packaging, which is also unused, unaltered, and undamaged, together with all components and documentation.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following items:
- International orders/Orders purchased outside of the United States
- Refurbished/remixed/used items
- Wheels (unless unopened and unused)
- Bearings
- Custom orders/skates
- GH Roller Skates
- Clearance/final sale/discontinued items
- Digital Items
- Pre-order skates
- Frames/Plates (unless unmounted and unused)
- Special orders/items (i.e Build-Your-Own, Wifa custom color, One of a Kind, custom painted/dyed)
- Gift Cards
Any pair of skates or accessories purchased using a discount code, promotional code, influencer discount or sale price is NOT eligible for return or refund.
If you purchase a plate and it has been mounted, they are not eligible for return/refund/exchange. If you purchase a boot and it has been mounted, it is not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
RESTOCKING FEES
Shauwney's Skate Palace has the right to determine when and if any restocking fees apply. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To avoid a restocking fee, make sure the item(s) you are returning are complete with all components and are packed just as you received them. Make sure the item(s) are in new and unused condition. A 20% restocking fee may also be applied in instances of missing invoice numbers for product returns or exchanges. Note that new is defined as unused, unaltered, undamaged, and included in the original packaging, which is also unused, unaltered, and undamaged, together with all components and documentation.
