Shipping policy
All in-stock items will ship the same day that the purchase is made. Orders made after 5 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day.
All UPS Ground orders totaling $400 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Next-Day Air shipping is available from Mon-Fri and your order must be placed before 2PM.
Some items will come from manufacturers over seas in Austria, Italy, Australia and Spain. Orders usually arrive in 7-10 business days for Chuffed and 3-6 weeks for standard WIFA orders. Custom Wifa orders can take up to 8-12 weeks or longer. A 20% tariff fee will be mandatory for all Wifa pre-orders.
U.S distributors like Sure-Grip and Edea will arrive in about 2-3 business days. Once received, items will ship to you the same day of receipt.
